Accutool wurde 1985 gegründet und ist ein Unternehmen der Präzisionsarbeit, ansässig in Dublin, der Hauptstadt Irlands. Wir bieten unter anderem Lösungen für die Präzisionsarbeit, sowie den Vorrichtungs- und Betriebsmittelbau an.

Das Firmengelände von Accutool befindet sich mit einer Fläche von mehr als 1500 Quadratmetern in Dublin, dem Zentrum des irischen Maschinenbaus. Durch unsere Niederlassung in der Hauptstadt Irlands verfügen wir über eine gute Infrastruktur und beste Logistikanbindungen.

Zurzeit exportieren wir unsere Produkte nach Irland, England, Mitteleuropa und in die USA.

Custom built cleaning line & product storage baskets

Accutool understands the demands of production environments so we design our
custom stainless steel wire baskets and racks with your product quality in mind.
Special inserts to allow your parts to hover in mid air while being cleaned or
with specially designed plastic holding inserts to protect surface finish or
dimensional tolerances. We have made custom baskets and racks in stainless
steel, plastics such as UHMWPE, Acetal and CPVC and exotic alloys with plated
or electro polished surfaces. Our standard round or rectangular wire mesh baskets
are perfect for dipping, cleaning, and sorting parts. We offer unlimited sizes up to 36",
several mesh sizes and several handle styles stainless steel or plastic to match your needs.

Laser-based tube cutting & marking unit

Accutool offers extensive laser processing services for the medical device industry. We offer product development and continue through process validations and into production manufacturing of all types of medical devices. Our flexible, responsive, and costeffective laser processing services help you gain a competitive advantage in your medical device marketplaces.

Our facility is equipped with the very latest in laser engraving equipment which can generate a wide range of alpha numeric character fonts and sizes or we can use customer supplied CAD or graphic computer files.

Accutool is experienced using materials such as Vitalium, Platinum, Nickel, Titanium,  
Inconel, Hastelloy, 300 and 400 series Stainless Steels and many more.
