We manufacture alternate wafer processing components and consumable parts
for wafer manufacturing machines and components for Vacuum, centering, locating
& cleaning. We are using materials such as Titanium, Stainless 303, 304, 316, 316L,
PTFE & PVDF and Ceramics. Furthermore, we also supply sputtering tooling, cooling
components, diaphragms and shields. Other outsourced processes such as
coating with Chromium Nitride for wafer locating and centrifugal chamber
components are managed with our QMS ISO 9000-2008 Titanium 1.20mm
wafer holders annealed for stability in hot/cold chamber.

Accutool replicates and stocks OEM parts by comprehensive measurement
and analysis of the part resulting in a full CAD Drawing prior to manufacture.
The customer benefits from this service by reduced costs and lead times.
This method also opens the door for process improvements from reengineered
materials and design changes that suit the process. Accutool manufactures
parts to customer’s drawings and specifications including prototypes from R+D.

Concept-Design-Manufacture

Accutool works in partnership with engineers in progressing an idea through design to a functioning product. Titanium wafer holders incorporating a silicon gasket ensuring the secure holding and sealing of the wafer in the vacuum chamber. Emissions collection unit manufactured from delrin body with a silicon gasket. Locating brackets combining stainless with PTFE ensuring security in the correct environment.

Reverse Engineering

Accutool replicates existing parts by comprehensive measurement and analysis resulting in a full CAD Drawings prior to manufacture. The customer benefits from this service by reduced costs and lead times. This method also opens the door for product improvements and changes that suit the customer.

We have considerable experience in providing machined parts under contract to the high standards that the Oil & Gas industry requires, our dedicated machining centers and skilled craftsmen combine to offer competitive pricing, quality parts and on time delivery. Accutool source and machine castings for suitable components in this sector as well as materials such as carbon steels, austenitic and martensitic stainless, Inconel, 316, 416, 420 beryllium copper. We also manage “out sourced processes” such as heat treatment and finishing processes by certifying our vendors process and systems within our ISO9000 QMS.
