The World Cup Trophy, designed by Able Lafleur and sculpted by Silvio Gazzaniga is cast in silver and is gold plated, this replica is CNC machined by Accutool tradesmen, training and having a bit of fun, manufactured from brass bar stock and on multi-axis machines, at about 1/10 the size. The original Jules Remit trophy and other replicas of it were stolen and never recovered. The trophy is locked up in the Swiss HQ but the winner of each tournament gets a replica cast in brass and gold plated, which is theirs to keep.
